You can be rest assured that with our strict quality control processes we will only offer the highest quality pre-owned garments so by purchasing online or by video call you will be guaranteed a pristine luxury item at a fraction of the original price.
Our selection of pre-owned bridal, formal and party wear will initially be available to buy instore. You will not be required to book an appointment for viewing the outfits, however, if you have seen an outfit that you would like to try, then you will be required to make an appointment with a consultant instore. Our full range of pre-owned bridal, formal and party wear will be available on this website as we start registering listings. The online shop will be clearly visible on the navigation bar with secure payment facility and both domestic & international shipping options available.
Unlike purchasing a new outfit, the pre-owned market will allow you to make a reasonable offer for the bridal, formal or party dress. We will consult with the seller if they accept your offer which cannot be less than the reserve price as stated by the seller. We will communicate if your offer has been accepted or declined within 3-5 business days.
Please note: all offers are subject to approval from the seller and this would be full and final price, with no further discounts or concessions.
Once you and the seller are happy with the agreed price, we will invite you to come and view and try the bridal, formal or party wear in store and allow you to inspect the outfit for the final time.
Please note: although we fully inspect the outfits and they have been dry cleaned by the seller, if there any marks or stains which are identified at the time of sale which we have missed then we will notify you and the seller. If you are happy to proceed with the purchase, you will be asked to sign and date the invoice and quality check list to confirm you are happy to proceed with the purchase and have fully inspecting the outfit.
All chambeili pre-owned garments are non-refundable and non-returnable without exception.
For all items purchased instore, we will accept all majort credit/debit cards including: VISA, VISA Debit, Mastercard, Maestro & American Express. We can also accept cash or bank transfers (we will provide account details on the day of purchase). For online sales we can accept all major credit cards and paypal securely.
If you require any adjustments or alterations to your garment at the time of purchase, we will be happy to provide this service in-house by our team of experts. Due to the intricate embroideries and delicate fabrics, the price for adjustments will be in addition to the price of the outfit and calculated on the time/work involved. We will provide you with a full alteration cost and timescales to make adjustments on the day.
